| If you are experiencing a wet basement you may want to first check the grading around your home. If you find that water tends to flow toward your foundation, or puddles form against the basement walls or water is pooling in the yard closer than 15' from your home...it's time to take action. Almost half the time a grading correction will reduce or eliminate your source of water infiltration into your basement. This improvement is almost always less expensive than a repair from your favorite basement repair expert ! |
