Helical Wall Anchors (Tie Backs)

Helical wall anchor advantages:

Best for holding back solid concrete walls
Also used for:
- stabilizing masonry concrete walls
- stabilizing concrete retaining walls
Most jobs are completed in one or two days.

Wall anchor disadvantages:

Each anchor plate nut must be tightened monthly
Some excavation may be needed to install
The wall must be either drilled or a partial block section removed at each anchor location for installation
Future excavation if required for outside waterproofing must be done by hand appearance.
